"The necessity is not superficial actions but decisive action - from the United States, European nations and the G7 - in delivering air defence systems and applying sanctions," mentioned in a online statement.
Officials stated that hundreds of unmanned aircraft and more than 30 projectiles attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure, characterizing such attacks as "premeditated" and against "critical infrastructure" as winter approaches.
The energy minister said Moscow was "launching a major assault" and repair crews were working to fix the damage.
A wave of strikes struck energy infrastructure and civilian homes in Kyiv.
Five out of the nine people hurt in the attacks on the city have been taken to hospital, according to local officials.
